And those of us that wrote numerous emails and got bank refunds get nothing from them, not even an email of apology. Ridiculous company.

I got my copy of the vinyl LP in the post earlier this week AND I got a refund to my credit card today. Yay free records and magazines!

Yeah, I haven't had that letter that some people have yet either, even though the woman I spoke to on the phone said they were now out of stock.

Wrote to them since Nov14th, but nothing till now.
ummmm ....

I have one (to come) but just feel how unfair it is. No apologise, no news, no messages, nothing. Where is my money then ? There're too many things to do in life, not just keep tracking this 16.99 things. Silly ...

As of yet I've received no magazine/vinyl, no refund and no letter. Big fat fail on all fronts.
