Enola/Alone should have been a single instead of the dull Kevin Carter. Other than that apart from Further Away there aren't any other songs suitable enough to be a single. Interiors sounds way too much like St Etienne for instance.

I didn't pick it myself but I'm super suprised by how poorly Elvis Impersonator is faring.
It's probably got some of their nicest chords in the intro, a great cluttery arrangement, one of James' best vocals, actually it's really great. In the top half of the album, for sure. |
