Sounds like you might have to collect them from the venue which is no problem, honestly! Have done that for the Stoke Sugarmill before and was fine. I'd check with whoever you purchased the tickets from first if you or your mum are able to. Don't panic though!

Aah, noooo!! I'd rather have them to pick up..

There's a printing thing you can do through Ticketmaster. Whats that all about? if something goes wrong can I take that print off ticket for proof?

Yeah, I'd print that off if I were you. I haven't got a printer but have saved the page as proof, hopefully I would be able to borrow someone else's or I'd have to take my laptop in as proof!
