Vienna Arena, yes.. We would be in even more difficulty if we were looking for the Manics at a stadium! Thanks for the offer of help, I'm sure we'll be fine

Does anyone know if 'box office collection' tickets for this venue actually means collecting at the venue? I'm aware that some places make you go elsewhere, we don't want to turn up and find out we've got to go across the whole of Vienna just to get our tickets?

I'm also seeing Killing Joke a few days before at Szene Wien, so if anyone in Vienna knows about this venue too and ticket collections please advise if you can.

I'd say no.

Well, at least I have to collect my Snow Patrol ticket (same venue) at a shop in the city (there are a list of shops where the ticket can be collected).

Thanks, is this a list online or a list you've been given? Really don't want to leave it till last minute and have to dart across the city, or worse still find out the shops are closed!

I ordered that ticket on oeticket.com and as far as I can remember they give you a link to the list in the confirmation e-mail. The shops are in the city centre and are open until about 5 on Sat.

Well actually we'll pick it up next Saturday before the Manics gig so I can ask my friend tomorrow where exactly he got the list from.

Just re-read the email confirmation and it says at the bottom we are to collect the tickets from the box office from 1 hour before the performance. Mind you the tickets were purchased through an agency rather than the venue so who knows...

Yeah that is the one! Bought tickets to two shows in Vienna next week, both say on the confirmation 'collect at the box office'. Box office could mean anywhere i guess, problem is for the first gig our plane arrives three hours before doors and we've got to check in to the hotel first.

Then they MUST play Postcards, Autumnsong again, and Suicide Is Painless as well. And Indian Summer.
