I need to do an update of my collection. Most recent addition being a fully signed Motorcycle Emptiness 7". It matches in my eyes. Signed in ballpoint pen over everyone's picture. Richey's signature in particular matches up with what I've seen. pictures to come when I'm not too lazy.

I think I'm gonna make it my new year's resolution to read In The Beginning. Picked mine up from a charity shop about a year ago. Think the consensus is it's shite but it'll be a laugh.

Gotta take some new pics when I get back. Got the Australia Lionrock white label and jukebox promo, Everything Must Go Chemical Brothers white label, Masses euro promo, Motorcycle Emptiness reissue with Faster acoustic on it, lovely US poster of Generation Terrorists, US vinyl but sleeve's a bit crap... Nowt else interesting really.

i don t have any expensive or rare stuff... i wont spend money on a chinese important thingy or a signed cd/album/tape/t-shirt etc... i rather just listen to the cd s you can buy regular in the shops (and i buy only one copie ) and instead of paying 80 quid on a signed t-shirt, i give it to charity

If you could see how I am living, you wouldn't suggest that. I wouldn't be selling it if I wasn't struggling!

Hard to say really, eBay is well inconsistent for stuff like that. Seen a few postcards that have been on there for ages buy it now but they don't seem to be going anywhere. I paid £40 for a fully signed Stay Beautiful 7" and in my warped collector mind that was good value. Wouldn't wanna say how much you can expect, there's a massive range in what people pay for these things.

Haha, nice thought but some of em are as good as private enterprise anyway.

Yeah, that's kinda why I don't want to ebay it- if I'm gonna sell it I want it to be worth my while as it was the one thing I planned never to sell, but needs must! I'm gonna get rid of all my Manics vinyl as well. When I've sorted it all out keep your eye on the For Sale thread

There are certainly some amusing bits in there, the strangest thing about it perhaps is how Jenny was apparently a girlfriend of Nicky's and there's not so much as *kissing* even between them described in the slightest, nevermind about the clearly made-up and drawn-out dialogue (unless she had constantly been scribbling down what they were saying in a pocket notebook!).

Another Manics item came in the mail today - Louder Than War DVD, woot, going to watch it in a bit.
