Does anybody actually plan on reading the magazine, then? Haven't read Q for about 10 years...

Nope. I won't be playing the album either. What a purchase!

I think I'll play it at least once. Anybody know if this is a re-recorded Endless Plain Of Fortune on there?

I bet you hate the artwork, too.

Me? I like the artwork. As for EPOF, I can't see any reason why they'd record it again, they only did the most recent one earlier this year.

Well the version earlier this year was a live cut, this might be a studio version.

(unless it's been confirmed it's a live thing)

At the time I understood that to be a studio take that just so happened to be played on the radio to celebrate something Welsh. I can't remember what it was for, so I'm going with... ooh, St David's Day.

I'll read it because I love reading stuff in a foreign language
Everytime I come to London, I always buy a lot of shitty magazines and cheap books at charity shops

Here's the news story for the original EPOF broadcast:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/wales/radiowale...ld_manic.shtml

BBC Radio Wales Music Day, St David's Day - what's the difference? I still deserve my knowledge medal.

The Manics went into their studio last week to record a cover version of John Cale's The Endless Plain of Fortune as their contribution to Radio Wales Music Day.

You would've imagined them mentioning it/this forum going a bit more noisy about it if they had actually gone to studio to record it.

I dunno.

EDIT: okay I only just saw your latest post. I stand corrected. Excited then, it's a great version, will gladly have a HQ copy (well, a vinyl rip...)

Anyone help out, how to buy Q online ?
I want it to ship to Thailand. I follow the link from Q page, then it goes 'greatmagazine'. When I check out, it says sorry the page isn't available now, like that.

Any other way to buy Q by online ? T-T

Thx

i'll have a browse through when it lands, just to check that Bono is the greatest thing ever except for anyone of similar stature that answered Q's calls.
