I haven't heard Between The Clock and The Bed yet, but as a general rule I find Green Gartside's vocals horrible.

Yeah, I'm not against them trying something new at all, but it's the nature of experimentation - Some things fail. Like you, I'm not writing it off yet but it's certainly the weakest of the lot so far
