Nice one! This is the first time that I haven't pre-ordered the signed edition. It's mainly cos I don't listen to CDs anymore after finally working out after 3 years that my motor can play stuff off my iPhone through Bluetooth. But also it's might be cos I've fallen out of love with the band a tiny bit. I still think Futurology will be a bit of a SATT affair in terms of all style and little sustainable substance but we shall see. Roll on Monday!

My thoughts too atm, as you say though it's not the songs but the production/mix, it all falls a bit flat. I was expecting to hate RTF and love Futurology but I adore RTF and will probably love at least some of Futurology, so it's still a win. And it's bound to be someone's fave so y'know.

And as a bonus, how much of a mark with the protective sticker leave on the back of the CD when you cut it off?
I've still got some bits on the back of RTF. And when you hold it close to your eyes, you can see the scratch marks I made of trying to peel off the bits of dirt that it left!

My iTunes download should start around 9 pm on the 7th. Finding it at my HMV store will be fun in terms of asking where it is. Amazon Canada has changed the release date to the 15th.
