Eh? Fair enough, but what's that got to do with this thread?

Sorry, was in reference to this:

MP3 files just don't have that, you can't hold one in your hand and think "the 13 year old me held that in 1998".

It will be a shame if HMV go bust, while they're not the best music retailer out there, they are all most towns have.

Of course I now have a problem of where to put them all, MP3s don't suffer from that.

Ah, fair dos. Missed that.

I still like cds though. I don't care about having the latest gadgets, nicest clothes or whatever but I'm really superficial about cds and it's a pain in the arse.

Same here, I know I'll play some CDs about twice but I still have to have them.

I just saw this for £25 in the Glasgow Byres Road Fopp. Didn't even consider buying it. It could be the same price in other Fopps.

I only saw one on display.

To be honest, I don't think I'd buy it if it was £15. Looks ugly and stupid. I suppose it'd look best shoved at the back of the cupboard in the kitchen.

They also had in it Union St Fopp, Glasgow. A pile of them, all still sealed. £25 as well. The box is HUGE, I don't even know what I'd do with it - it's too big to have on display anywhere.
