Folks please do tell me how was the gig last night

I got so sick just after arriving that I missed basically everything. I'm gonna stick to my previous tea total life from now on that's for sure. And I think I'll post a pic of myself in the Show Yourself thread as you're clearly not gonna see a greater loser than me, ever.

When did they start?? When we got there they already played Opinions differ on which song they played exactly

Did anyone meet them last night??

Btw, I'm pretty sure they sold more tickets than the number of people that can really fit in there! When we arrived we couldn't get in the concert room (I was still able to walk) and people were standing even in the corridors.

Apart from my little gripe*, a wonderful gig. Much better than seeing them over in the UK, better crowd and no twats there to ruin it. Everybody was interested in the band rather than their phones or mates, which is always good to see. Nice to know the band have stuck with playing TBTGOG and Nixon the whole tour, hope they see how underrated they are as songs now as both got a great reception in Vienna. Didn't know Ocean Spray was such a big hit out there?

*No LSE? What the fuck guys, i travel 2000 miles and you decide to drop it that night?!

Actually, there were some drunken twats in the front rows, but it was a great gig!

True, FDTW was awesome, ADFL too!
What about the moment when James picked the strings so hard during SIP, that his plectrum flew away, and he couldn't find another one right away?
Or when he showed the crowd Sean's (? I didn't hear well) sweaty tee, and said it wasn't spray paint? And then he asked who wanted it?

I hope I'll have the chance to see them again very soon.

How did you take your camera with you? We had to leave ours at the entrance Although they're a little bigger than yours

Is it a policy at Wien Arena?

Pictures, audio and video are not allowed - at least that's what it says on all the tickets. Therefore I always hide my camera when I go into a venue (not only in Austria) - usually I velcro-fasten it to my ankle.
