"We might at the end of the year do some kind of 20th anniversary of the Holy Bible gigs," he told Absolute Radio. "We haven't bought into that shtick of doing all our kind of albums and their anniversaries. We've always been releasing new records [thus far]."

Erm, Bradders - 20th gt & acoustic gig, 10th emg and 10th thb

I think those were to do with anniversaries?

Gotta love the manics and their contradictions - split after first album (didnt), never write a love song (did), never replace richey (hello wayne...touring member I know, but all the same...) etc etc

All things being equal I'd rather pay the money for a mega 20th anniversary edition that has a new doc/interview and either (or both!) the complete Astoria or Glastonbury shows than a half-arsed mid tempo Jimbo flu time-of-the-year London shows. It'll be mega expensive in December to go see them.

But if they do THB in full as a 3 piece, have an interval, and then come out with the hits, it'll be hard to resist.

Er, of course it is.... have you seen their stage set ups? They're cheapskates, they can't afford a bloody hologram even if they wanted one!

Shows where Adam Lambert and Paul Rogers let Freddie take over vocal on the video screen but that could not happen with Richey

Two or three nights at Brixton would be ideal. They could easily sell those out, especially on the back of great reviews/praise from fans and critics for Futurology.

Something like

London
Bristol/Brighton
Manchester/Wolverhampton
Glasgow
Belfast
Dublin

would be nice. I mean if you're gonna learn all those songs might as well play them a few times.

Excellent, I've always wanted to hear my favourite album played really slowly.
