They've made it sneakier since 2007 - I think with the example above, http://www.nme.com/rate/hottestmale2...ast/65/rate/10, the '65' is Nicky's number, and the '56' is the number of the next person who loads (in this case SImon from the Klaxons). So if you enter http://www.nme.com/rate/hottestmale2010/65/last/a number other than 65/rate/1 and then click on '10' you should be able to vote Nicky 10.
