I found an article that was used to promote the album and to be fair they mention the composer as an influence but not that they err borrowed a fair bit of his work!

It's good to hear the Richter track, it does sound like it's a sample. For me it's fine and nothing like the Rewind the Film situation before they'd publicly credited it, it's essentially an ambient background sample not most of the song itself. Remains my favourite track on the album.
