Looks like one of those cheap, non-authorized interview CDs in really crappy quality that used to be thrown on the market in the boyband-hell and britpop-cheesiness decade otherwise known as the nineties. I haven't heard this one, of course, so maybe I'm wrong and it's really fantastic - but I'd be extremely surprised if buying it wasn't a complete waste of money.
