OK - Motown Junk LIVE

Tell me your favourite intro...

I'm torn, but I'm going for Baby Love (I know there's been loads of variations).

I've only seen about 5 gigs, there's gotta be some awesome ones out there...

I also like the Sweet Home Alabama one from the Tsunami cassette...

Go for it...

'Jump' by Van Halen probably.

I had a discussion with James about how he should do 'The Spirit of Radio' as an intro to Motown Junk. It's in the wrong key though, apparently. Any Rush intro would be good though...

Best intro to Motown is from the 93 Milton Keynes gig

1. I ain't seen the manics since 2001, but every time I have seen them, they've did a funky intro. Check out the Cassette single Tsunami for an example.

2. 1991 maybe??

Paradise City on the PPF tour wasn't bad. And She Sells Sanctuary was fun.
And yeh, the video was around 90/91 I'm sure.

From which show/venue? They did that throughout the 2007 spring/summer tour - It worked pretty well I thought.
