Just filled the survey out too. Much hand-wringing about packaging quality (of the box itself and the postage packaging), the lipstick/mirror not even being branded, the CDs not being in jewel cases, 2/3 'deluxe' items I've bought from them turning up damaged and having to be resent, rah rah rah. I THANK YOU FOR MY 20% OFF

Just remembered, I ended up buying mine £50 cheaper on Amazon rather than MyPlay. I must've put in a pre-order and canceled it when I realised how much cheaper it was elsewhere. So not only are they sending out product satisfaction surveys on the wrong product, they're sending them to people who aren't their customers too

Just got the email with my 20% off code. Emailed em a minute ago asking if they had any plans to broaden their range cos really, there are only three physical releases on the site what the hell. Alright, there's one offs like the GT an NT box sets that are exclusive to the official store, but I'd have hoped that the official store might stock everything Amazon etc do, and then some. Think at this rate I'll just have to use it on the next album unless, would've liked to put it on the GT vinyl reissue or a book or summat.

I have a bad feeling this code is going to JUST HAPPEN to run out before/not be elligible for the next lot of releases. Can't see any small print anywhere but I AM WARY.

That's what happened! Yesterday I got two emails from myplay,one with 20% cut off Little Mix code and the other is the Manics one

I hope so. I did not even answer the survey because there was nothing of interest to buy with 20% discount. The assortment is really poor and I hope they improve it.
