Nothing that the gym could've helped a bit when he was younger. I hope my knees aren't as fragile as his in the future.

Yeah. The gym couldn't help, it's genetical, I guess. In fact, as you know, Nicky gave up sports because of his knee. My brother used to play basketball when he was young and later as a teenage he noticed there was something wrong with his knees as well. Not that his knees are critical, not to be misunderstood, but he does need to take care when he gets older. Now he's in his late 20's and he's over 190cm of height.

Anyway, I've heard those who grow too tall a bit fast, they've got a higher risk of having knee problems.

It isn't just his knees or back, he has the flu (or a bad virus or whatevs). He was looking loads better yesterday though.
