Given that I'll be Stateside by the time those gigs come around, I agree.

Cos of touts. I don't know, personally I think THB is probably more of a draw for old fans. EMG will draw in casuals, I guess, but not sure there will be the same intense demand.

Sadly, that has gotta be unlikely. Did they mention anything this time round? I know they made a pretty big loss in 2009, I wonder how they did this time.

I agree, there won't be the same mad rush for tickets.

I'll definitely go if it happens but I hope they stop looking backward soon.

Boston sold out in like a week I think, I dunno if any of the other venues sold out, but I think there was better tour attendance this time around?

Don't see a need. They released a 10th anniversary edition so doing another re-release is just taking the piss just like the HB 20th thing. They should have more faith in their newer stuff and promote and tour that, I mean RTF and Futurology will no doubt completely forgotten and ignored just as KYE, Lifeblood and now SATT and PFAYM are

I would like to hear them tour a rock album (though I don't listen to much heavy rock). With songs which are a slightly more developed versions of Masses against the classes or Enola/alone but with the same kind of feel. I would probable go but I'd still prefer Rocky glam stuff. They seem to want to hear young bands take there place and play loud and angry music, it's just not happening.

I want the Manics to make albums only the Manic Street Preachers could do. I don't see any new bands making albums like that, even recent fare like "Rewind the Film" and "Futurology". They're one of a dying breed, and they can still make music worth listening to. How many bands that last as long as them, can you say that about?

If touring THB informs their next step musically and they just make a really raw stripped back more "rock"-y album like KYE was in places, I'd be up for that.

Maybe we won't get the aggression of THB, but we might get the technical guitar solos and playing from THB? I'd settle for that!
