I've already booked for Saturday and Sunday. Can't get the Friday off so just keeping my fingers crossed it'll be ok. It would be good to know.

I'm 10 miles away and the local incentive says you have to live on a certain side of the fence, bollocks to that!
There is no way of knowing which night they are playing until it's announced on the site! It's a risk getting a Fri, Sat or Sun ticket, you are left with a lot of disappointment otherwise.

Well they have to stop it somewhere! I think Portmeirion's always been generous in letting people from Penrhyn, Minffordd and Llanfrothen in for free anyway. I think it'd cost them too much if it spread further.

It's hardly free- £100. However, if the incentive was spread further I'm sure every year would be a sell out. Still hard to say which day the Manics will be on though!

Yep, all signs and rumours are Sunday.

Festival 6 replied to an inquiring email, 2 months later, telling me to go fuck myself and that they'd never reveal it (it was actually very polite)

just how many mails do you get, hourly if not daily should that make you sound more impressive, that basically tell you to go and fuck yourself? i have a number in mind, and it's as a modest estimate as it is high.

at what point did you accept that you had various means of electronic communication for the most part just so people could say this to you?

I very rarely actually email people. Most of what I get are circulars. But when real people email me or I email them, there's a 1 in 10 chance of being told to go fuck myself.
