PCP, Revol or full Condmened to Rock n Roll.

I'd quite like to hear Further Away live as well. At Bristol on the last tour James shouted to the audience "Name a song beginning with F", and I wa about to shout it but someone butted in and we got Faster instead.

What? They don't play loves sweet exile anymore?!

(Not been a manics fan for long so I'm a bit clueless about setlists and I absolutely love that song.)

They should make up for that by replacing Faster with Further Away this time.

Crucifix Kiss or The Intense Humming of Evil would be my favourite suprise additions.

Too much of a song about Richey's state of mind and too close to Richey going missing (didn't James not sing "I hurt myself to get pain out" at the end of the chorus for a good while too?)

As far as I recall james said it's "so hard to sing"
...and while Simon Price took that to mean the lyrical content was difficult to sing, I've alsways interpreted it as being difficult to sing purely from a physical POV: I can imagine that live on stage, playing the only guitar in the band and handling the only vocal line on that song, together with the added pressure/adrenaline of the live situation...and THEN add to that the lyrics from "I eat and I wash..." to "...to get pain out", is more or less in one breath, and it stands to reason that whe you add together all of the above factors, James is likely to be out of breath by the time he gets to that point.

But besides the interpretation/s, the official reason given was that Yes was difficult to sing.

*le shrug*
