I'm obviously going to buy this and want to support/thank the folks behind it. How best to do that ? Should I purchase via Amazon or direct via the http://nomanifestofilm.com/ website ? Does it make a difference ?

It's up to individual theatres to decide whether to book the film, so please contact your local theatre and request it. Ask them to contact our distributor at either of these links:

Just popping in (after a long absence) to say congratulations to Elizabeth and the whole team! I really loved the NY screening/FD get-together all those years ago and I'm so glad all your hard work is now available for everyone to see. I'll definitely be buying a copy!
