It wasn't a big deal. Fans just got excited to see Nicky trending. Then Nicky got excited and milked it.

The Twitterati moved on before you could say, 'To be fair, it's a Sunday morning and David Mellor is trending above Nicky'. But you can bet Nicky will write a fucking song about it at some point.
