In 10 hours I'll be in the train to London, I'm really looking forward for the gig !!

I hope the weather doesn't fuck up the train services on Saturday. I don't mind delays but I'm not going to be happy if things get cancelled. I've at least allowed myself plenty of time to get to London so even if I get to the O2 by 7pm that's still a good result, should the worst happen.

What are people doing regarding meet ups etc? Might not bother with the pre-show thing that's happening as I can't see many people going to it. I'd rather just go somewhere closer to the venue, if people have anything planned then please share

as the event of the year approches im so gutted i never bought a ticket but at the time of going on sale i thought..north of Scotland, 17th Dec, travel to London..im never gonna get there..or if i did make it, i might not get home! anyway, apologies if anyone has asked this already, i just have'nt had the time to read all 137pages on this thread, but is there any indication if this extravaganza is going to be recorded for dvd release...for all those unlucky enough not to be going
i hope everyone that's going has the time of their lives..enjoy

I think we'd all be wise to give ourselves plenty of time (life permitting) and to make backup plans travelwise if, by tomorrow, things are looking hairy.

My little boy's staying with my Mom for the weekend, but he's given everyone D&V, she seemed like she was coming down with it last night, so I might have to beg the in-laws. I hope I don't get into a situation where I have to choose between the gig and staying behind due to lack of babysitter. I'd probably just take him

Last I heard (I haven't been keeping abreast of it) was that the band hadn't definitely said yay or nay to recording, but were leaning towards not filming as it's extra pressure/ rehearsals, and they just wanted to enjoy it. There was talk of the fans each contributing a few vids and stitching it together.
