I think, sadly, this single is going to fail BADLY. It's had some decent promotion, good radio play (A list radio 2), lots of plays on NME tv, Strictly Tv slot....and it's probably going to struggle to make the top 40 at best. I think we have to admit it, it's a nice good song but nobody gives a shit enough to buy it. Sad fact

not helped by the fact the b-sides were leaked apparently. Its wierd how badly the singles are doing. I always thought the die-hard contingent would get the singles into the top 40-60 but it looks like there arent as many as i thought. Its not the quality of the songs..autumnsong got to number 10. Both these singles are better than that. Maybe it was the line about baby wot u done to your hair everyone loved.

Non-UK residents buying up downloads which count towards the UK chart would hardly be right! It is shit about all the "not available in your country" stuff though, but it's not just the Manics.
