Still a few months left to break their word if they want to!

Oh good for all you November-ians For me it looks like an Xmas present now. Ah well, same old Manics. Wasn't Death Of A Polaroid originally due out earlier around the same time last year as well?

Ah yes, I checked on Amazon and it was NT that was released at the end of October actually, and DOAP came later in November.

After falling back in love with the manics again (damn postcards put me off them for a bit) I'm quite excited by this. After buying the HB 20th I hoped they'd do GT eventually as it's the album I fell in love with. Hopefully some nice archive stuff and the volume issue sorted with the album.
November release date puts it right in time for a nice birthday present too

HB 20th ? You've come back too soon. Back in your Tardis and return in 2 years time.

Now this has got me thinking what hearing the album live in full would be like...

Long and very dated-sounding

If James could remember all the riffs, it could be great! I know it sounds dated in places but I still feel excited whenever I listen to it.

If James could remember and sing more than half the lyrics these days it'd be a minor miracle.

It's not his fault he has more words per sentence to remember than most!
