I did. It wasn't in the 7"...just between the CDs and the vinyl (maybe they saw people were getting confused?).

Still don't know why I got two inlays. Oh well, makes up for not meeting the band again!

Sadly, there are always the isolated cases of unhappy people, but thankfully, many happy people post here about the service!
well, i certainly hope someone like Townsend Records can take a bit of valid criticism

1st bundle was a disaster, many of us waited 6+ weeks for it to land, 2nd one landed within a week. go figure. the rather large A4 padded envelope probably doesn't help with sorting and shifting international mail - have you not considered using the sturdy, smaller brown cardboard box approach to mailing that all other online stores use?

Hah, I do try!!!

Everything is down to costs, as with every business. Postage costs rise with the size of packages as do actual package stocking prices. It's a very small number of items that arrive damaged or late etc.

It would be a bit more useful is the postal services took more care with items and actually tried to deliver them on time! As you just pointed out, its crazy how something can take 1 week or 6 weeks!

well, shape is as much of a factor for international mail as weight is. i would have thought that those cardboard box packages were the same or less than the (impressive) expensive white padded envelopes you use, going on my experience of posting things overseas, but i would imagine you chaps would know more of it than i.

a shame that it seems there will be no 3rd single, but will keep an eye on the site and, as the things at least turn up, would not hesitate to use you again.

icwkev -

Do you have proof of postage for all your goods that you despatch? I'm sure my last couple of purchases from you haven't been recorded. I imagine you don't send recorded unless the value is high? Anyway my point is what if this bundle never turns up?? What then?

Oh ... so sorry to hear that you didn't get to meet them. I was so excited that you were going to get 'up close and personal' with JDB.

Anyway, it finally arrived today ... inlay intact ... to the snowy environs of Central Ontario!! Hurray for the Royal Mail and Canada Post.

I haven't received mine yet, but I put it down to the log jam created by the holidays. Anyone on the West Coast U.S.A. recieve theirs yet? It seems that East Coast orders are coming in now.
