Yep, really memorable username, some combination of letters and numbers, I'd never heard of him, might do some rooting.

Great gig. Watched from around 5th row Nicky's side. Haven't been following the setlists so hadn't a clue what they would play making it all the better. Thrilled Solitude Sometimes Is got an airing. One of my favourite songs on lifeblood. Pleased they tried to fit in something from every album but spoken word Marlon JD doesnt count James! He gave Some kind of Nothingness a bigger build up than it deserves probably and the crowd just went *oh* Think he likes that song a bit more than the general manicsfan populace

No idea if it was anyone on here but someone down the front held up a welsh flag throughout the whole of a design for life blocking everyones view behind for the whole song. It wasn't a huge problem just a little bit at the end for me as i couldn't get out of the way.

Had the time of my life. Overall a brilliant night. My throat still kills : )

The Joy Formidable weren't quite my cup of tea musically, but they did sound good, played with a lot of energy and are definitely hot at what they do. So, respect and good on them I say (they're local too).

Left the gig a little early to get backstage (please don't hiss XD). So glad I did as I got to chat with James for a good five-ten mins about guitars (a bit geeky I know, but it makes a change from a fan either talking about themselves or bombarding them with a shitload of questions - No negativity intended. Neither am I pointing fingers).

I aslo got my White (Tokai) Les Paul Custom signed by the boys!!! Result. Well worth £27, you couldn't even buy that on e-bay : )

Wasn't a B 1 and a 0 in it? I do recall someone say something along those lines.

I thought it started with a D, but B is equally plausible, found one candidate but only has one post from 2004, unlikely. At some point could you send us the beach photo please?

You could have had 13 crushing handshakes from James. I was prevented from going so I can't say.
