Trying to get through to the taxi company listed in the information booklet with no success! Need a taxi back from the festival to Bangor but there is no mention of this...

Just been looking at the Hyde Park outfit discussions and I have realised that I have COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN TO PLAN MY OUTFIT! I'm sure that in comparison to this personal crisis, the fest organisation is totally sorted.

I'm there for the weekend, so will be staking my place on the barrier from first thing Friday (or not).

Same here, need to plan. However, now my outfit will need to withstand heavy rain for hours on end!

I know! So annoying as tomorrow and Saturday look fine. I've found some sparkly knee-high socks to wear with my wellies and raincoat, at least...

Off to Newport and shall be heading to yon Fest of 6 afterwards, I shall be wearing a t-shirt proclaiming my victory in the slaughter of the zeitgeist if anyone wants to say hi

Oh please god be true.

I hope Chic really are on before Manics, as i'm really looking forward to them! Wonder how many MSP fans will be able to resist singing "It's Not War!" over 'Everybody Dance' seeing as they're the same song.

I guess It's going to be a bit wet then? Living 10 miles up the road for a long time, I'm used to the poor weather. Organisers should know there is only one week of good weather out of 52 in that area (why pick the bad one)?

Not the easiest festival to get to using public transport. Arriving in Bangor an hour late due to a train that was cancelled without warning only to find out the shuttlebus to Portmeirion has been cancelled too. Gah, hope tonight's actually worth it!

The festival's Twitter feed doesn't make for inspiring reading. Adverse weather conditions leading to acts getting cancelled.
