At the gigs I've been to, can't say I've heard many shouts for Small Black Flowers That Grow In The Sky, Jackie Collins Existential Question Time, She Bathed Herself In A Bath Of Bleach, The Intense Humming Of Evil or If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next. My favourite shout was Starfucker though.
