Are the signed album on myplaydirect and the signed one you get with the presale tickets 2 different things?

wednesday i'll be chewing my fingernails till i get home and then be able to buy tickets very easily as has happened for every tour since 2007. And the PPF tour in 2005. I do like to stress unnecessarily.

Looks like i'll be pre-ordering every format going too

So for the presale for tickets on Wednesday, what do I have to do to qualify for it?
Do I need to have a certain web account for it or something?
