…Si Pieman, the first to massssticate
The world's first taste
Of filo-style flake

(And we say)
Don't use egg-white
In an egg-wash wipe
There's too much Pie
In a Pie of Pie-ie-ie-ie-ie-ie-iesss

Cook the pasties well!
Cook the pasties we-eh-ell!

If good; then bake away
Then get the brown sauce ou-ou-out

Going to share some of Mishima's thoughts

"JDB welcomed crowd to a night of 'hot sweaty fun' ooo er! Nicky fairly chatty but sounded a bit cold laden/hoarse, mentioned how much he admired rankin and also their first gig in edinburgh when he packed his passport cos he thought he needed it to get into scotland. He sang most of futurology and did heavenly spoken word intro to ylu changing lyrics to passive electorate live live live"

"sound was quite poor, nicky had face stripes to match his lovely coat, a v. nice look. Jdb mentioned his stay in Leith for the 6 nations last year a couple of times and seemed to invite everyone down the port of leith pub for a drink next year when he is there again. Nicky thanked crowd for being magnificent"

apparently the gig was strange and she is off to eat cake

For those that worry about JDB's shirt colour, it was the purple one, not black!

Enjoyed the gig. Highlights for me Enola Alone, DITS and the 2 new ones.

Bed now before heading to Glasgow tomorrow

Just in - really enjoyed the gig. Excellent support band, loved the new songs and James acoustic version of This is Yesterday (which may have been a late entry as when managed to bag a setlist at the end it wasn't actually on there!)
