I like the entire album although tracks 6 and 7 just don't do much for me and I can't recall how they go at all despite playing the album about 40 times already. The Nicky song jsut makes me laugh especially when the Godfather 3 line springs up, and the last song is pretty average but apart from those 4, the other 8 are very good. I'm mostly loving - SKON, I Think I've Found It, The Descent, Billion Balconies and Hazelton Avenue.

Haha I've not done for this a while as I never buy owt from shops in town anymore, always online (cheaper and wider choice). But I may go in for a trip in a few days and do this, if just to amuse myself for a minute.

I think soundwise, the Leak sounds better than the CD! - a bit more Umph i think, unless MP3 Quality is different to AAC.

Same. Ian and James' voices really go well together.

'golden platitudes' is the last great Oasis single Noel never wrote.

Tries not to think about Oasis or Robbie.

Think on fourth listen it's properly growing on me .

A lot of it does seem to be growing stronger with repeated listens - "Golden Platitudes" I liked on first listen but at this point it's really become something special. One of the finest moments on the record.
I'm glad that picture from the box edition got posted, proving that "The Future Has Been Here 4 Ever" was supposed to be a b-side. Because it means at least one of my 2 favourite b-sides so far should have been on the album anyway, instead of that piece of crap. Roll on the rest of the b-sides so I can make my PFAYM alternative tracklisting!!

This happens. It shouldn't, especially with an album of this nature, but it does.
It's quite an achievement, you know, to make something like this a grower. Just to clarify, the single is still shit IMHO. |

It really is...I guess that's a good thing...I was feeling a bit uncomfortable with my lack of interest. I really like the single though
