Make sure you put cardboard in the middle of your shirt so it doesn't go through to the other side

Also, somebody here suggested buying t-shirt paints and sponging it on as it's less messy and you can be more accurate. I haven't tried out this method yet but it sounds like a good way of doing it!

i've got an old work shirt, might have some spray paint in the shed, will probably steal a manics slogan, not sure which though, probably a short one for my first go haha

Just buy some fabric paint, it's much cleaner and it lasts a lot longer. I never use spray-paint! Fabric paint is easy enough to find anyway.

will try and find some but i fear i've left it a bit late now, the party i was going to wear the shirt to is tonight haha
