if they're fair, they should bill credit cards when they ship the order. I don't think they billed the card I used right away (it's not mine - but I asked for permission!
 ) but normally, if the card is good (has enough money on it and whatnot) the payment does go through anyway.

When I ordered SKON, payment wasn't taken off the credit card until they shipped it.

i'm extremely happy with townsend, everything's delivered in NY within a week, thats for every band i've ordered stuff though them. and shipping is too cheap. fantastic place to shop.
