LRS instead of OS. Now done.
Good gig by the band, never give less than 100% seemed to have a good time regularly interacting with the crowd. The crowd at least around me were 70 catatonic, 25 generic slight bounce for the hits, me jumping, pointing and singing to every song, and 5% assholes pushing and falling over people while the security just seemed to be there to enjoy the Manics, utterly useless. Probably the last time I'll see them in Bath, exact same shit last time. Apparently Nick has been encouraging James to go on a solo acoustic tour but he's having none of it .

God I come off as a grumpy fuck!
Hope everyone here who went to gig had a good time regardless of the fuckery.

Agreed on the good performance, but what is going on with the sound on this tour? Just like I said at the only other show I went to, Cardiff Round Two, the sound didn't seem right for the first half of the set, and then was fine for the second half. JDB guitar too drowned out until it was gravy after the acoustic slot.
And as RoutineBuilder mentioned, more crowd trouble requiring JDB intervention. Are these agents of The Cult of Richey trying to ruin people's times at MSP gigs? Has that woman JDB was shouting at on his solo tour dispatched some henchpeople to wind him up?

Great gig. Whatever it was that happened at the front, James dealt with it heroically.

Well i check too.
Also, that was some entertaining gonzo journalism from routine builder there so well done. I picture you jumping straight in to a 1970s red cadillac after the gig with a trunk full of powerful narcotics.
