I think, probably that the news was meant to be announced on the 9th, hence the date, so someone's made a mistake. Still, we've got it up now, and it isn't just made up, so there we are.

We have had to book quite a bit of time off work, using all our winter leave and a bit more, so i really think it's impossible. But looking on the bright side, at lest i'll have something sensible to speak to James with instead of my usual drivel!!!!

Just rearrange the flight by a little bit and then claim that was the date all along. He may not notice....

I'm so surprised that Sony have given them the financial backing for this sort of thing again after the circumstances of the USA/Canada tour. Makes me happy! Hope we can get a proper Euro tour as well, a non-festival one.

Really pleased the Manics are going there, it's a great place and only right they go after doing America last year. The Forum in Melbourne is a great venue, I saw Supergrass there in 2008 whilst backpacking Wish I could see the Manics there, that'd be perfect. Pleased for Oz fans who can now see the lads live.

I predicted this two days ago - when I paid for my flights to the UK for the October shows! Wonder if I can get a refund?!
