I'm quite sure it has; I suspect it's going round with rapidshare or megaupload links as I can't find any hint where to find it. I do hope I don't need kazaa!

Nope, whether I ever access the leak or not, I still plan to get the CD. The UK version. Not the crappy North American JFPL I ended up with first last year.

Is that still going?

I'm still looking forward to receiving the single then both the standard and deluxe albums through the mail.

Napnet86, me too. I still love opening a new album or CD and looking at the design, the artwork, the sleeve, the lyric booklet, etc. And then listening to it.

Not changed my mind, if I care enough to download a leak I care enough to have already paid to preorder it! I wouldn't not buy an album cos the leak was shite, anyway, I'd feel mean. A fair amount of my enjoyment of albums is the case and the pretty pictures and lyrics - I haven't even played some of the actual physical CDs of my favourite albums (I listen online instead.) Vinyl is different as I like the whole thing of getting it out and trying not to scratch it when I drop the needle, but CD is exactly the same to me on the computer or in the CD player.

Anyway it's not shite. Not that I've heard it, like.

Nope, no Manics leak has ever stopped me from buying their albums.

Other bands however...

Nah seriously I couldn't not buy a new Manics album. Swinging into HMV on a Monday lunch hour to pick it up, sticking it in the car on the way back into work, reading the booklet when I get home...

Wouldn't seem right.

Good to have an album so soon after JFPL.

I'll also be buying it. Be nice to hear the album sooner though, just to give me a chance to learn all the lyrics so I can sing my wee heart out at the Cambridge CE in November.

If I had heard the leak I would still buy it, just for sound quality reasons. You can never be sure until you get the shiny discs.

Aye, shiny discs sound brill, leaks have been known to be of lesser quality.

Still getting the Vinyl and Deluxe.

I'm sick, clearly.

I think you've got that the wrong way around. When It's All Over...is great if you put effort into it. That and Final Straw - and, to some extent Songs For Polarbears - are Snow Patrol's brilliant albums.

I won't listen to the album before it's released but I'm tempted not to get it on its day of release. The last album I did that with (i.e. not buy it on the day of release) was Lifeblood, though, and I ended up loving that.

Yeah the first two albums are great! I defy anyone to dislike An Olive Grove Facing the Sea, in particular.
