Looks spot on to me!

Absolutely spine tingling - the most honest lyric they have. Brilliant vocal too.

Haha I thought EXACTLY that! Just like 'dribs and drabs' in Imperial Bodybags.

the way it's sung just makes it sound just right, it's weird.

I guess 'shangri -la' is a golden platitude

I never thought they'd out-do SKON on this album for Golden Platitudes does it. Stunning song.

Sounds just about right, though I think it's "oh, what a show we are" instead of "oh, what a shower we are"

It's a great song though. I'm a sucker for piano-ballad-type-songs and this definitely hits the spot. Oooh...

And "left with the barest of bones leaving us all with homes".

The only way he could have fucked up worse than "shangri-la" was if he had written "oh, what a hoo-ha" (or "oh, what a la-de-da") straight after it (wouldn't have put that past him, mind).

From what I have heard from "The Descent" it's actually my least favourite... I really can't stand the lyrics in chorus with the obvious rhymes...

I think it's "Born to be a communist". But I dunno, that's what it sounds like to me.

I thought from the 30 second clip it was "Calvinist" like Intravenous Agnostic's line "Life becomes Calvinist" but I don't know.
