Lemon, honey, cinnamon (I know it's weird, but it works) + hot water. Also one day of being wrapped up in your duvet watching Cash in The Attic. Better in no time.

Nightmare vision of the future: Five years time, James gets ill, and Nicky assumes lead vocals. He writes the words for the albums, writes the music now and sings for them too. It is the terrifying next step.
