I'm happy to see this (and UK Channel Boredom) getting mentioned.

I've always said there's a great song buried there under a pretty poor arrangement.

Especialy 1985 - I was listening to it last night and thought how great a re-recorded version would be, - and in an ideal world, if it was the first track/single on PFAYM.

SKON should be re-recorded remixed too - no choir until late in the song, no McCulloch.

Little Baby Nothing w/out Tracey - I don't care if they find a replacement or not. And probably Too Cold Here, so they could reconnect with it.

billion balconies - SNIFFS

inwjteol - lower the strings and put the guitar higher in the mix.

more remastering than re-recording really.

You'll hate me for this one, but I'd like to hear a hi-fi version of Removables. I'm all for lo-fi, but it doesn't fit with the rest of the album and sounds a little bit... forced.

I'm not sure I'd like it done that way, for one. It's actually the 'low-fi' that makes it far above the rest, for me.

I'd be curious about a re-recorded GT, but I'm not sure if they could make it work. I'd still buy it!...
