Just heard this for the first time today...brilliant track! Don't think it would have sat well on PFAYM, it reminds me of the KYE era for some reason.

Because of your previous mention of this .. well I can still listen to it. But the image in my head is very wrong... and involves dancing.

It's definitely their best b-side track for a couple of years and the best of the PFAYM bunch.

It reminds me of a 70s kid show theme, but I can never remember which one it is.

Definitely one of their best b-sides and the absolute gem of the PFAYM era (alongside Ostpolitik). Yet another b-side that should have been on the album and could have been a single.
I still play it often. |

Red Rubbah!
Wonderful song; people have also mentioned the excellent 'Ostopolitik' and 'Slow reflections/Strange Delays' above - three fine B Sides from the PFAYM era.
My Postcards B Sides (15 tracks) on ipod is one of my favourite Manics albums; majority of those B Sides from the three singles I thought would have made an excellent album in it's own right. |

Possibly even a better one than PFAYM itself?
