Listen guys - No Manifesto is a film of 3 guys who are shitting themselves cos if they don't make a bog standard rock album with a hit lead single then their living the good life, I mean their careers, are over. If it was so good the Manics would have helped finance it. Wire wouldn't turn down the chance to have his big face on film for 2 hours.

No, it's not made by fans in terms of the image that conjures up in terms of quality...it's a manics documentary made by Elizabeth, who is a fan, but it is professional quality. Unfortunately for various funding reasons it hasn't yet been released, but they have a lot of interviews with the band, footage from the SATT tours and interviews with the fans. It's very good.
