RIGHT, these have teken 2 payments from me. One for £14.99 for the signed 2 cd, which is fine, however they have also taken a payment of £15.99 which concerns me, as there is nothing on the site for £15.99, emailed them this morning to ask, will await response, has anyone else had this? they are so ridiculously incompetant!

WHAT THE SHIT, I just checked my bank account and having cancelled my order TWICE, MyPlayDirect have decided to take money out of my account. What. Why. It's not like I can log in and check the status of my order(s), I have no idea what's going on. Fffffff!

Has anyone received a dispatch email for a UK order yet? The money for my signed deluxe and vinyl order was taken on Monday, so I expected an email on Wednesday as previous orders were always sent out on the Wednesday before but alas this time it proved not to be.

my credit card got declined as i had to cancel it. I did want to double check but i couldn't see how to contact them..It looked like i would have to cancel the order and re-order which is not something you want to do when it says *sold out*

I'm not bothered…ordered the t-shirt bundle so i've saved a few quid. Hopefully i'll get to rough trade and get it signed then
