Howard Devoto and Roddy Woomble are great shouts. I'd like to add Kylie (either a re-recording of 'Little Baby Nothing' or a new song) and The The's Matt Johnson.

Jimmy Page's name was semi-seriously thrown around in interviews a while back. If they did a 'rock' album they might pursue that.

Mick Jones. If he's still got the voice he had in his Clash days, that would be a cute duo with James.

I like it when James has a contrasting female voice to bounce off. I'm not sure if I'd that bothered with an original song, but I'd really like to hear a slowed down, reverb drenched 'Little Baby Nothing' with Lana Del Rey. And a Welsh-singer-off with Marina Diamandis could be dramatic.

R. Seiliog did a remix of a track from both albums too.

But, actually... I must admit I'd love to see that too. I guess I've written it a long long time ago, on another far away post.

I must admit, Between the Clock and the Bed aside, duets are not amongst my favorite Manics tracks, but Shirley Manson is a great shout.
