Lol, you'll be fine then. I don't think there's going to be any kind of queue, you can probably wander up to the front after doors at 7.

It just occurred to me the Manics probably wanted it geo-blocked so no-one in the UK knows they did it

Hi all!

Thought you all may like to see my shots from the free Federation Square gig on the weekend in Melbourne! The Festival Hall gig was amazing, and the Fed Square gig was such a special treat.

Manic Street Preachers @ Federation Square

I also had a call from BBC Radio Wales to chat about the Festy Hall gig. Will link to that when its up in its edited version.

Have great time tonight (especially autumngirl!!)

This is my set list Trusty sound desk came through with the goods! The guy there was lovely as I asked him for a set list and he went to pick it up and ask the guy next to him if he could give it out and the other guy then said yes, picked it up and gave it to another fan! So he sought out the lighting set list for me, hence all of the notes ad scribbles. Seems they like their BIG lighting!

We're in! Almost had a "one que at main doors, multiple doors being opened" scandal coming in but I think all 100 odd people who were queuing are now in the main arena and in the first two rows.

Thanks! I was sad the site didn't get cleared for a photo pass for the gig the night before or I would have shot that too. But at least I got to shoot the acoustic gig!

Not many photo passes are given to websites, it's a shame.

It might be different in Australia. All of my work is for websites and I have been shooting for 5 years. Very little is actually for print over here!
