There was no trumpet, maybe Sean isn't confident of playing the trumpet live yet.
The crowd was much better than the other gig in the tour I went to in Lincoln.
BSP were in halloween fancy dress. Nicky dressed as a schoolboy for the first part, and then donned a Sgt Pepper style green coat and the sailor hat for the second part.
Loved the clip, it made me smile. Thanks for posting it.

I so loved last night, under the circumstances James was just a star. He could`nt apologise enough for struggling a bit when chatting to him after, I just said to him " no apology needed don`t be daft, no one expected this to go ahead " he really thought he had let everyone down, but we know we different don`t we as even a 80% James is worth all them hours queuing!! As for Nicky singing I`ve been waiting over two weeks for this as Wayne told me in Manchester he had been rehearsing it for later on in the tour and to keep it under my hat. It was well worth waiting for! a moment to tell your grandkids about! I said to Nick after " hope your doing it in Carlisle as well " his reply was " Oh yes and maybe Marlon JD as well " sorry to dissapoint you but I`m sure he was just joking, or was he ????

Kev's definitely the bigger tease.

When we suggested Wire should carry on with his own solo slot but vary the songs he actually listed off about a dozen others he could do - think he may get carried away with this and take over the whole acoustic slot!

Expect Sean to be performing mid set trumpet solos by the next tour, just so he's not left out.

Fantastic gig! Probably my favourite MSP gig actually. Suicide is Painless was wonderful. I was second row but was on barrier from acoustic bit onwards. Took a fantastically horrendous photo with Nicky. Oh, and was proud to be the one who got to inform FD on the solo Nicky haha.

Rel, I hope the setlist thing was okay, not done it before!

That's absolutely fucking fantastic, I'm grinning my arse off here! Wish I'd been there to see it.

One of my only Manics regrets is that I never got to see Nicky solo...

Last night was great! (Well of what I saw of it anyway)

I had to leave during IYTTYCWBN because I just felt so sick and dizzy because of the heat. But I noticed I wasn't the only one. Really disappointed that I felt so ill, woke up today feeling exactly the same as well. Not happy.

Also never going to the De Montfort Hall again, bloody stupid venue.

I was the large girl with red hair, sailor top, leggings and boots by the way!
