There were no cameras so if they were/did record it, it would only have been audio.

I did notice the queue in front of us grew from about 20 at 2pm to about 40 at 6:30 when we got our assistance (sorry guys, I get it because of my sight and balance problems, but it doesn't stop me feeling guilty about it!) - it's a shame it happens, but maybe people need to start speaking up more. I go/went to a lot of TV and radio recordings and queue-jumping would occasionally happen there - my bestie is quite forthright though and usually says something (at the recordings we were usually first in the queue anyway but some stuff could go on behind us). I don't know what the best solution would be that wouldn't piss people off - it's a difficult one. Most venues aren't aware of how important queuing is to Manics fans and probably adopt a "shit happens" attitude; it's something the fans need to sort for ourselves. Just don't know how!

Anyway, brilliant gig - my bestie's first, despite having been a fan for 20 years, and she loved it despite there being a few songs she hated Agree ADFL shouldn't really be a closer - YLU was fucking immense! Was a bit freaked out at some points because it felt like James was staring me out, though

I enjoyed last night; The Holy Bible stuff sounded great (can't comment on the rest as we left in the interval). I think Ifwhiteamerica... was definitely one of the highlights and sounded fantastic. It was great to fill in the gaps of THB songs I hadn't heard before (although, I don't know if it was just me but some of them sounded a bit slowed down - which I guess wouldn't be a surprise).

I know a few people who like to be on the barrier and I still hear dreadful stories of despicable behaviour, people crushing hands and elbowing others out of the way. Grown adults acting like savages because of their sense of entitlement.

Miss Pear, chances are I saw you going in, assisted my girlfriend in before doors as she'd requested the priority access. An excellent move on the venue's part for those with disabilities. The glares from the entitlement queuers was hilarious. Luckily for them I had no intention of staying on the barrier at Nicky's side, though it didn't stop one girl from knocking me flying. I believe she's the same arsehole Marwood is referring to. She gave me the evils when I told her to calm down.

Anyway, I went and stood elsewhere and had a blast, what a great end to the tour. Loved hearing Postcards again, nearly lost my voice to several Bible tracks. The Patrick Bateman tease, my friend had mentioned the song and I vowed to streak home if they played it. TWO SECONDS LATER, James played the intro. Near miss for Londoners there.

Some stuff was being filmed video-wise; there was a guy down by the stage with a small video camera that I noticed at various points (sometimes it was on the crowd too)...so probably not for a live DVD as such, but could be for a documentary or something.

We had confetti stuck to our heads the entire journey home. Granted, we stuck it there, but hey-ho

No reason to feel guilty at all. If anyone gave you a dirty look they need a reality check.

Seconded. Someone who ran in a minute later actually said they were gonna try 'blagging' the same next time. Ridiculous.

It might have been Seb recording for the "The Holy Bible: My Testament" documentary. I think a live DVD would have many more cameras, jibs etc like at the Hammersmith Working Men's club gig.

Cool, i'd love to go on tour with a band! Now you've been to all(?) of them, how have they differed (if at all)? I only went to Glasgow and it was awesome crowd and atmosphere ("Merry fucking christmas"!) for the holy bible.

I wish them luck with their multiple hospital visits, surgery, long stretches of feeling like death warmed up and negotiating the disability benefit system...

To get in five minutes early for everyone's safety.

What an arsehole.
