My list:
Manics: 15.12.98: Wembley Arena (although I was at the Bon Jovi gig at Milton Keynes in 1993. I arrived when MSP were on, and as I wasn't a fan then, I ignored them. BIG mistake). 31.1.01: Brixton Academy (met Nicky & Sean before the gig. First time I'd met any of the band). 25.8.01: Reading Festival. 3.12.02: Birmingham NEC (had to suffer Ian Brown twice, as we had been let in whilst he was finishing his soundcheck). 7.12.02: Wembley Arena. 11.7.03: MOVE Festival. 13.7.03: Witnness Festival. 12.6.04: Isle Of Wight Festival. October 2004: TLORN performance (CD:UK). 4.12.04: Brighton Centre. 9.12.04: Wembley Arena. 10.12.04: Plymouth Pavilions. 13.12.04: Cardiff CIA: Cancelled, due to James being ill. I queued all day for this, only for it to be cancelled. 16.12.04: Birmingham NEC. January 2005: ES performance (CD:UK). 12.4.05: Cambridge Corn Exchange. 18.4.05: Hammersmith Apollo. 8.5.07: Cambridge Corn Exchange. 29.5.07: The Forum. 30.5.07: Astoria. 11.12.07: Brixton Academy. 23.8.08: Reading Festival. 30.5.09: Roundhouse. Wow, you're all so lucky!
Haven't seen them once yet, but that will change after I've seen them this summer! I know it's just a festival and all, but that's my only chance at the moment. But I'm certainly not complaining! |

Manchester M.E.N - 06.12.2002
Move Festival Manchester - Old Trafford 11.07.2003 *** Brighton Dome - 04.12.2004 *** Manchester M.E.N - 17.12.2004 Southampton Guildhall - 03.04.2005 Liverpool Royal Court - 09.04.2005 London Hammersmith Apollo - 19.04.2005 *** Manchester Apollo XFM Wonderland - 08.12.2006 London Shepherds Bush Empire - 31.05.2007 *** Southampton Guildhall - 05.06.2007 Glastonbury Festival - 24.06.2007 Bournemouth B.I.C - 09.12.2007 Sheffield Academy - 6.10.2010 London Brixton Academy - 21-1-2011 Cardiff C.I.A - 21-5-2011 *** I was slightly surprised that I didn't see them for nearly 2 years, it felt alot less than that, and I'm positive I've missed one but looking at the gigography I can't work it out. The ones I have starred are my particular favourites, I would have included Liverpool because I was at the time in a relationship but that soured and the setlist wasn't as great as I thought it was, I think I've crossed that with the excellent Hammersmith gig on that tour and the Southampton one before it. Brighton had Hots supporting a band that I saw 16 times, so the Manics are close to overtaking that record though maybe Ash is up there too. Edit: Also attended one of James Dean Bradfield's solo shows in London Camden
