Right, received a reply to my second email. It has been sent and I should receive it soon. Well it hasn't arrived today so hopefully tomorrow as am starting to get IMPATIENT!!!!!!!!

Well if you asked them to address the package to 'The World Headquarters of Team JDB and CoJ', that might explain the difficulties the Royal Mail is facing. You should've remembered to put the postcode on!
