I asked them on the 3rd March what was going on and got this; sod all since though. Not good.

I'm still waiting for my pre-ordered copies of "Empty Souls" from the official website. Honestly! They never sent them out & also never replied to my (numerous) complaints.. Never had a problem since though!

Is this because they sold out of them, and so you ended up with Nicky tweeting that he was going to go and make some? (which may even equate to the three of them sitting down together to sign the postcards?)

It would be nice of the people selling them, who have your money, to keep you informed though.

Ordered mine on February 26th and it's not come yet, status is active and pre-order, gah!

I don't know how this would work, but do you think it's possible they prioritise the UK orders because they count towards the UK singles chart whereas the international sales don't? (I assume they don't, at least). So if they run out of something, it all goes to UK customers first to get the most sold for the chart and everyone else has to wait?

Don't think so; all the pre-orders count towards the UK chart so even though we haven't got ours we still contributed to its chart position!

I'd have thought that this was true as the bulk of their fans are from the UK.

It is a bad show though. I mean, I run an online shop and I feel rather guilty if I leave it a day or two to post out someone's order. Leaving it weeks??? Erm...
